Our Standard Table Cover is a full-color fabric throw that covers the top and drapes to the floor on all four sides, so your logo is front and center while storage boxes, cords and brochures stay out of sight. Every cover is printed edge to edge in vivid color, with rounded corners that fall neatly at the floor. It slips on in seconds, needs no hardware, and folds small enough to fit in a tote or carry-on.

Both of our standard fabrics are made to look sharp straight out of the box and to meet the flame-retardant requirements many venues ask for.

Our standard covers fit the most common folding tables with a 29″ drop on every side, so the hem lands right at the floor.

Have a table that isn’t on the list? We can make a cover to fit. Measure your table and use this formula: Cover Width = Table Length + 2 x Table Height and Cover Height = Table Width + 2 x Table Height. Then contact us for a quote.

Printing

Each cover is printed in full color with dye sublimation. The ink becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on the surface, so your graphics stay bright and crisp and won’t crack or peel.

Product Care

A few simple habits will keep your cover looking its best for many events.

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash, with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach.
• Hang or lay flat to air dry.
• To smooth out creases, iron on a low setting or steam from the back.
• Make sure it is clean and completely dry before folding and storing it in a cool, dry place.

FAQ

Which size do I need?
Match the cover to your table’s length and depth. Most hotel and convention center tables are 6 ft or 8 ft long and 30″ deep. If you’re unsure, measure the table top and height and we’ll confirm the right fit.

Will the cover touch the floor?
Our standard sizes are cut for a 29″ table height, so the hem sits at floor level on all four sides without bunching up.

Is there a limit on colors?
No. We print in full color, so you can use as many colors, photos and gradients as you like for the same price.

Can I put my logo on the back and sides too?
Yes. You can print every side of the cover. Many customers add their website or a second logo on the back for the people working the booth.

Is the fabric flame retardant?
Yes. Both standard fabrics are flame retardant, which helps when a venue asks for compliant materials.

Will the colors fade after washing?
Dye sublimation locks the color into the fibers, so prints stay vibrant through normal use and gentle washing.
