Yard signs are one of the simplest and most affordable ways to advertise. They’re light enough to carry a dozen at once, tough enough to stand up to sun and rain, and they go up in seconds. Use them for real estate listings, open houses, political campaigns, grand openings, garage sales, school spirit, contractor job sites and directional signs for events.

Sizes

Choose from five popular sizes, all landscape and listed height x width: 12″ x 18″, 18″ x 24″, 18″ x 30″, 24″ x 24″ and 24″ x 36″. The 18″ x 24″ is our best seller and fits most lawns and wire stakes perfectly.

Options

Printed side: front only, or front and back for signs that are seen from both directions.
Stakes: standard wire stakes for everyday use, heavy-duty wire stakes for firmer ground and wind, spider stakes for extra stability, or none.
Grommets: none, top corners or each corner, for hanging on fences, walls or posts.

Download the template for your sign size and design right on it. Each PDF is full size (1:1) with the cut line, 0.125" bleed and safe zone marked, plus setup steps on page 2. Ordering front and back? Send two artworks, or the same art for both sides.

Accepted files: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF/TIFF, JPG or SVG (AI, EPS or PDF preferred).
CMYK, fonts outlined, images 150 dpi at full size.
